Responsabilità:

  • Sviluppo e supporto del mercato di vendita, con focus su ospedali pubblici e privati, centri di radiologia e ortopedici/radiologi con sede in nord Italia
  • Vendita del software, supporto durante le installazioni di prova e successiva assistenza
  • Sviluppo strategie di vendita individuali e costante espansione della rete di clienti
  • Presentazione dei prodotti, negoziazione e rappresentanza a fiere e conferenze
  • Processo di acquisizione, dal contatto iniziale alla conclusione degli accordi
  • Punto di riferimento per i nostri clienti in nord Italia

Il tuo profilo:

  • Compiuta formazione commerciale (idealmente università o diploma di istituto tecnico) o background scientifico/economico
  • Comprensione tecnica di base e conoscenza di PACS o sistemi informatici medici (RIS/HIS, ​​ecc.)
  • Esperienza rilevante nella vendita di prodotti nel settore medico o farmaceutico (idealmente radiologia)
  • Ottima conoscenza dell’italiano e dell'inglese
  • Autentica personalità di vendita e capacità di consulenza
  • Apprezzi il contatto diretto con il cliente e sei disponibile alla vendita sul campo
  • Lavoro autonomo e puntuale, oltre che spirito di squadra
  • Flessibile e disponibile a viaggiare
  • Patente di guida (preferibilmente auto propria).

Senior Marketing Manager, Europe (m/w/d)

Job profile

As our Senior Marketing Manager for Europe, you will play a key role in the planning and execution of all European marketing activities, ensuring alignment with our global marketing and business objectives. You will be responsible for growing and optimizing marketing qualified lead efforts to meet KPIs. You will be responsible for evolving marketing content and work closely with the indirect & direct sales teams to define, align, and execute our marketing strategy in Europe.

Objectives

  • Develop and execute the annual marketing strategy for Europe
  • Develop marketing content, messaging, and call-to action campaigns using traditional, digital, web-based tools, and social media to support the sales strategy
  • Develop and produce lead generation and sales training materials to include web-based lead generation activities, webinars, multi-channel marketing, etc.
  • Work with the design team to create new collaterals
  • Develop and manage the sales toolbox for use by the EU sales team and our EU channel partners
  • Coordinate with our Corporate Marketing team the EU trade show presence and execution
  • Work with Global marketing team to provide input on digital newsletter as needed in collaboration with the Clinical team
  • Develop and ensure proper application of Marketing and Communication processes as defined in our QMS

Required experience

  • Understanding of traditional and digital media & MedTech business models
  • 5 plus yearsʼ experience managing growth marketing, paid acquisition or performance marketing. Preferably in medical industry
  • Bachelorʼs degree or equivalent in Marketing and/or Communication and similar work experience
  • Startup experience : planning for and managing significant growth
  • Experience in building and scaling different acquisition channels, across online and offline, paid and organic channels
  • Experience with digital marketing tools and technical marketing needs
  • Adobe suite; Pack Office/MS Office (or Mac equivalent) use fluency; Knowledge of Web-based Marketing Tools; HTML
  • Ability to plan, work, and execute autonomously
  • Demonstrate dedication and adaptability as well as reliability and persistency
  • Creativity and team player
  • Willing and able to explore and generate unique ideas
  • Self-starter, reliable team player with strong initiative and the ability to thrive in high-intensity, rapidly changing environment.
  • Ability to get work done!
  • Hands on - not afraid to roll up your sleeves and execute
  • Excellent communication skills. This role requires regular interaction with executives and team leads from across the company
  • English fluency; Second language French a plus
